Dearest Comfort Forest Family,
I’ve read every kind word you’ve left this past few weeks out loud to Badger. He only grunted, and went back to his Badgering. Which, in Badger language, means he was rather pleased.
A Pie Made for Sharing, the second Comfort Forest video, will be live on YouTube on Thursday September 10th 2026, at 9:30 am CT.

It’s one hour and fifteen minutes of gentle woodland folk music, set to looping Comfort Forest animations. On a gentle morning in Comfort Forest, with the first hint of Autumn in the air, Badger sets out early with his kitten Soot for the blackberry brambles along Farthing Glen. The berries are dark and heavy on the vine. Afterwards, with the basket full, Badger spends the afternoon in his kitchen baking a blackberry pie. By evening, pie balanced in both paws, he makes his way through the forest to Finley Fox’s cottage beneath the two old oaks. There, they share the pie, Badger plays guitar, and the evening settles into the perfect cozy, fireside Comfort Forest evening.
I hope the video brings you peace, joy and comfort.
If you feel moved to subscribe on YouTube, like, share, or leave a kind word in the comments, Badger will be secretly pleased, even if he’d never say so. Every little thing helps enormously at this early stage.
Thank you for everything. Your kind words and encouragement mean a great deal to me, more than a few lines here can ever really say.
With so much love,

ps I’ll be sending all subscribers a link to a new video every Thursday, at this time.
There’s nothing more soothing than to have someone make you a blackberry pie.
Thank you Badger for making this a beautiful day. The pie looks delicious.
